Jacob Cooke, the Co-Founder, and CEO of WPIC, believes that because of their diverse and inclusive employees, they can tackle any problem and grow their business despite challenging hurdles. Judges were impressed with their 67% representation of women in its workforce with an 87.5% ratio of women in its leadership team.  Four out of its five C-suite executives are women, demonstrating that the company actively identifies, nurtures, and promotes female talent.

Merck – 2022 winner of the Best Policies & Benefits to Promote Gender Equity Award

Allan Gabor, the president of Merck China, noted that together they have set the path to advance gender equality and are fully committed to continuing advocating for women's rights. Merck won for being a vibrant science and technology company that is fueled by a belief that science and technology can be a force for good.  The company is developing a culture of inclusivity through policies and new leadership programs designed to empower its management team to achieve its DEI goals.
